DEPOSIT / FINAL PAYMENT 

A non-refundable deposit of 350 per person is required

For Trip A: by April 20th, for Trip B: by May 22

to reserve your space. 

The additional fees of 1.120  should be paid

for options: Trip A until April 24th, Trip B until May 28th

Reservations are firm only with deposits.

Final payment due dates will be indicated on the confirmation receipt.

Reservations 20 days prior to the starting date require full payment (1.470€). 

NOTE: (Not included in the total cost) 

  • Transatlantic airfares, laundry, beverages and some meals.
  • Other events not on program.
  • Tips and telephone calls.

INSURANCE 

Trip, health, accident and luggage insurance is recommended. Our organization does not cover any costs incurred by injury or death. 

CANCELLATIONS:

A non-refundable administrative fee of 350 per person is set upon receipt of deposits. Cancellations less than 20 days prior will incur an additional cost of 150.
